It was the first time for the team to taste any Indian curry that contained a significant portion of yellow mustard. We were initially skeptical, but as soon as we had the macch-bhat (fish curry with steamed rice), we were simply awed by the taste of this delectable cuisine. It was strange for us to find out that no other company has brought this renowned cuisine of Bihar to the mainstream.
And at that very moment, we decided to be the first company to introduce it to mainstream.
