Return Policy

Our products are perishable, hence you won't be able to return them once the transaction is complete and the products are shipped. The only criteria for return is mentioned in the "Damage & Issues" section. Please have a look at that section, and check if your order(s) fulfills the requisites.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hiddenchefs.in . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 307 & 307A, Spazedge Commercial Complex, Sector - 47, Badshahpur (87), Gurugram, Haryana - 122002.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is expired, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send the invoice along with proofs of damage or any other issues mentioned above. We'll examine the damage, and revert in at least 2 days to confirm the return. In any case, the decision of return solely depends on the investigation of the internal team of Hidden Chefs.     

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
