1. Order Processing and Dispatch:

• Orders placed before 9 PM IST on every day will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
• Orders placed after 9 PM IST will be processed within 2 business days and dispatched accordingly.

2. Shipping Days:

• Please note that shipping days are counted from the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

3. Delivery Partners:

• We work with reputable delivery partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders to the provided address.
• Once your package is in the hands of our delivery partner, any delivery inquiries or requests should be directed to them.

4. Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are calculated based on the total volumetric weight of the products in your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's delivery status.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

• At the moment, we only ship in PAN India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

7. Shipping Address:

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments:

• While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
